Graywhale Online Return Policy

If you order an item from our Ogden, Salt Lake, Taylorsville, UT store, we try our best to get you exactly what you ordered in good condition. Sometimes online orders don't turn out the way we planned.

As long as the item remains unopened, any defective or incorrect orders can be returned to a Graywhale location within 30 days. We can also replace the item if you still want it, for example, if it sustained damage in the mail. As long as you keep the packaging on the item and show us a receipt, our return policy is easy to work with. For items that have been opened, we can buy it back from you for cash or give you store credit to any of our locations.
