What if I need to Return my Item?
If upon arrival you remember that you’ve already got every movie in the Fast and the Furious franchise and you don’t need another copy of the 8th installment, our return process is straightforward. Graywhale accepts any returns that are unopened or defective as long as they’re returned within 30 days of purchase. For items that were opened, you are welcome to sell them back to any of our locations (Ogden or Taylorsville) for cash or store credit.
